Our Integrated Employer Services Model (IESM) offer a real solution to employers who are looking for a workable and effective solution to fulfil their vacancy pipeline. We can also offer effective links to our partner recruitment agencies specialist staff to support short-term labour gaps and as an integrated solution to some of the likely skills gaps post Brexit.
Our training reaches out to a broad range of communities including BAME through our Women Empowerment, Over 50’s and Youth programme provision.
