Benefits to the Community
Community
LETS target population from high unemployment areas and provides skill to the economic vulnerable adults across various communities in Birmingham, to make them employable and link them with meaningful employment vacancies in industry, which further help them to come out of poverty.
Training
Introduction of Sector Specific Training Programme to map the interest of candidate and provide appropriate training to encourage adults from vulnerable communities. We also provide a Pre-employment Training Programme (PET) under which the adults from community were mobilised for initial level assessment to understand the level of candidate. LETS currently have partnership with 170 companies in which sector-specific skills were imparted to meet industry demand.
