Training solutions include our Pre-employability Training (PET) model, supporting people to into employment through Sector Based Work Academies and specific knowledge and skills training to support vacancy pipelines to our 170 plus trusted employer base. We have close links to all Greater Birmingham JCP centres and many recruitment agencies.
We also offer a range of Well-being training programmes that cover all aspects of well-being including mental and physical health, money management and personal and social behaviours. Through our Social Prescribing contract with the NHS we can offer support and referrals to a broad-range of NHS professionals.
We all want to live and work within an environment that is free from discrimination and negative behaviours. Our Equality and Diversity programmes help to overcome unconscious bias and support greater harmony in the workplace. We are also pleased to offer the first Ofqual regulated qualification in LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace.
We also offer a range of skills development training to companies within sectors such as hospitality, logistics, health and social care, retail, general business and administration.
We are an accredited centre for Skillsfirst Awarding Organisation and deliver across three DDA compliant training centres in Birmingham, or on client premises. We have strong partnerships and links with both the public and private sector to ensure our learners and clients can access complimentary training and services.
