Learners worked on a team building task to look at different types of teams in the workplace and the roles that team members have. Our learners had the task of creating the tallest free standing spaghetti tower. The teams worked well, there were lots of ideas of how to build the tower. It was great to see the learners taking on leadership roles and being team players.
